Discover cacao, the origin of chocolate! There are many cacao tours, not all worth it. During this comprehensive tour, you will see the chocolate process “from tree to bar”. Walk among the cacao trees in a mini cacao farm, open a fruit, then see all the process, from drying the cacao seeds to chocolate bars. Make your own chocolate! Very interesting tour for adults and kids alike, well leaded by a local, bilingual tour guide. Educational, authentic and fun at the same time. We also recommend taking this tour during transfer between locations (between San Jose, Monteverde or Arenal/La Fortuna and Jaco, Manuel Antonio or Uvita or back).
