Pierre was our "travel agent," Costa Rican expert, and knowledgeable planner. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure we got what we wanted out of our trip, did it on a very quick-turn, and we appreciate it very much! Since we had very (and I mean very little) time to plan our trip, this was an easy and much more relaxing way of planning a trip (because we didn't have to do anything :D). Pierre booked the right combination of adventure and leisure for us, worked within the budget we provided, set us up with a nice welcome bag when we got in our first van, even got us a few upgrades, and ensured any errors or fears (like not getting to the airport on time) were heard and remedied, within original cost. We enjoyed every piece of this vacation immensely and would certainly recommend Costa Adventures to anyone going to visit this beautiful country. The only cons we could add to this review are here and are simply recommended improvements: We recommend sending a line-by-line invoice to the client before they pay for their full trip so the client knows the value of what they are getting on each day (it helps with reviews for the companies you use, and it also is just a good transparency thing); And we recommend working in private transfers to and from the airport as much as a budget will allow as a baseline for the future itineraries...maybe just pull money from elsewhere. That's it! A great experience with Costa Adventures!Read full review
