Panama CityDay by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Panama and transfer to Hotel
On your arrival at the airport in Panama City (PTY), our driver will welcome you and will transfer you to your hotel. Transfer time 30m approx.~ Overnight at Hotel American Trade 4* sup for one night – 1 Supercuarto. Meals: None
Day 2: Flight to David and transfer to Mount Totumas
This morning we transfer you to a domestic Airport to take a local flight to David Airport. On arrival, a private transfer will bring you to Volcan, closer to the Pacific side and the Costa Rican border. Flight duration: 1 hour approx. / Transfer David Airport to Mount Totumas: 2 hours approx. Overnight at Mount Totumas Cloud Forest Lodge for two nights – 1 Suite. Meals: B, D
Day 3: Birdwatching Tour
Early morning wake up to enjoy a bird watching tour in this stunning cloud forest area. Birdwatching is the portal through which so many people have passed in initiating a passion for tropical wilderness. Here at Mount Totumas Cloud Forest you have the opportunity to observe many of the more than 200 species of highland specialties and migrants that have been spotted on the reserve. In breeding season, The Resplendent Quetzal is very common and easily observed as is the Three Wattled Bellbird. Black Guan and Crested Guan are here as is the elusive Highland Tinamou. Leica binoculars and Spotting Scopes are on hand! Duration: 3-4 hours approx. Difficulty: Easy Overnight at Mount Totuma Cloud Forest Lodge – 1 Suite. Meals: B, L, D
Day 4: Transfer to Boca Chica and Islas Secas
This morning, we will transfer you Boca Chica, to take your boat to Islas Secas archipelago, located some 20 miles off Panama’s Pacific Coast. Only Isla Cavada has been developed and the rest of the little islands remain completely untouched, just waiting to be discovered… Overnight at Isla Secas Resort 5* for three nights - 1 Casita Mirador. Meals: B, L, D
Day 5: At leisure in Isla Secas
Day at leisure in this outstanding resort. The following is included in rates: Guided activities on property including archaeology, astronomy, birdwatching and nature hikes, scuba diving and snorkelling trips within the Islas Secas archipelago (1 trip per day), non-motorized water sports activities including stand-up paddle-boarding and kayaking, one half day fishing trip within the Islas Secas archipelago per stay, one private island getaway day on Islas Pargo (includes picnic lunch & drinks, umbrella/chair setup, kayaks and paddleboards, and optional personal butler), one 60 minute spa treatment per person per stay plus daily yoga classes. Day 6: At leisure in Isla Secas

Day 7: Flight to Panama City and transfer to hotel
Today, we transfer you back by boat to Boca Chica and from there continue with a ground transfer back to the airport in David for your domestic flight back to Panama City. Upon arrival, we transfer you to your hotel. Transportation and taxes included. Overnight at Hotel American Trade 4* sup for one night – 1 Cuarto. Meals: B
Day 8: Transfer to Tocumen Airport
Depending on your flight schedule, our driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and will transfer you to the international airport Tocumen to take your flight back home. Transfer time 30 minutes approx.~ Come back soon to enchanting Panama!
