Panama CityDay by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Panama and transfer to Hotel
On your arrival at the airport in Panama City (PTY), our driver will welcome you and will transfer you to your hotel. Transfer time 30m approx.~ Overnight at Hotel Central 4* for two nights – 1 Jr. Suite (Queen bed + single bed). Meals: None
Day 2: Visit to Biomuseo & Casco Antiguo
Today enjoy visiting the Biomuseo, an avant-garde museum designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, the Biomuseo is his only work in Latin America and the tropics. The building was designed to tell the story of how the isthmus of Panama rose from the sea, uniting two continents, separating a vast ocean in two, and changing the planet’s biodiversity forever. In addition to the main spaces, the museum includes a public atrium, a space for temporary exhibitions, a shop, a cafe, and multiple outdoor exhibits displayed in the botanical park. To continue the tour, you will be taken to the Casco Antiguo, where you feel set back in time as you admire the lovely colonial houses, the narrow roads and the impressive churches. You will get a good idea about Panama’s history by driving or walking through the main attractions of this quarter. Duration: 4 hours approx. Day 3: Flight to David and transfer to Boquete
This morning we transfer you to a domestic Airport to take a local flight to David Airport. On arrival, a private transfer will bring you to the small mountain village of Boquete. Flight duration: 1 hour approx. / Transfer David Airport to Boquete: 1 hour approx. Overnight at Hotel Panamonte 4* for two nights – 1 Terrace Suite (Two Queen size-beds). Meals: B
Day 4: The Pipeline Trail Hike and Zip line adventure
This morning, enjoy trekking through remote virgin cloud forests. The Pipeline Trail is an easy-moderate hike that takes through the cloud forest and passes through two micro-climates, has various small wildlife, and is one of the best areas for the chance to see the Resplendent Quetzal, as well as numerous other birds. Duration: 3-4 hours approx. ~ Difficulty: Easy Glide through the treetops of century-old forests, high above the pristine rivers and waterfalls that make up the incredible collection of natural landscapes bordering the National Park La Amistad and the famous Baru volcano in this fun tour. The zipline has a length of 2 miles (3 km.) and it is divided into 12 cables and 14 platforms built in the middle of the cloud forest. With 3 kilometers in total length divided into 12 different zip line cables, you will glide through trees to encounter canopy flora and wildlife. A “adrenaline rush” experience! Day 5: Transfer to Boca Chica and Isla Palenque
This morning, we will transfer you Boca Chica, to take your boat to Isla Palenque, an undiscovered private island sanctuary. Hop in a boat for a 15-20 minutes’ ride taking you far from the beaten path to the undiscovered shores of Isla Palenque. Open a door to a world of new experiences and undisturbed nature, enhanced by architecture and interior design that effortlessly blend into the tropical surroundings... Transfer time: 1.5 hours approx. Overnight at Isla Palenque 4* sup for three nights - 1 Beachfront Casita (King bed + single bed). Meals: B, L, D
Day 6: At leisure in Isla Palenque
Days at leisure in this outstanding resort. Enjoy the unique rainforest and atmosphere experience provided by the island. Explore the lush jungle, hidden coves and the island’s history by morning then choose from 7 private beaches to while away the afternoon. Complementary use of kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and a selection of guided “In-House” Island Tours such as nature hikes, rock fishing, visit to mangroves are also included in rates (tours depend on tides, weather and availability on-site). Day 7: At leisure in Isla Palenque

Day 8: Flight to Panama City and transfer to hotel
Today, we transfer you back by boat to Boca Chica and from there continue with a ground transfer back to the airport in David for your domestic flight back to Panama City. Upon arrival, we transfer you to your hotel. Transportation and taxes included. Overnight at Hotel Bristol 4* for one night – 1 Tower Studio (2 Full size-beds). Meals: B
Day 9: Transfer to Tocumen Airport
Depending on your flight schedule, our driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and will transfer you to the international airport Tocumen to take your flight back home. Transfer time 30 minutes approx.~ Come back soon to enchanting Panama!
