The perfectly cone shaped Arenal volcano raises 4.899 feet above the sea level. It has been active since 1968, when it made its largest eruption. On your way to Arenal, you will ride through the heavenly landscape of Lake Arenal, a man-made lake that provides water for a hydroelectric plant and for irrigation in the lowlands of Guanacaste province during the dry season. First of all, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a hiking tour at the Rain Forest in an overview area called El Silencio. After that, you will experience the mineral hot springs. After nightfall, we will end our experience with a delicious dinner on a place located almost at the foot of the volcano! During the tour sometimes is possible to spot toucans, guans, oropendolas, monkeys and coatis.
We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, CST during Winter time and MST during Summer Time,
